Due to the lack of oil and gas, electric cars have been in high demand recent years. There are three kinds vehicles, including Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV), Battery Vehicle (BEV), Plug-in (PHEV). is no charging portion for batteries HEV where not connected power grid, but BEV PHEV can be charged by a outlet, number increased. In order charge battery (EVs), there two ways, grid renewable energies. already quite few outages many countries, using suitable. Therefore, only choice energy sources such as photovoltaic (PV), fuel-cell (FC), so on. Furthermore, use DC voltage sources, conventional DC-DC converters required deliver bank batteries. To feed batteries, this paper proposes two-input one output topology that contains PV, FC, other components. Simulation results demonstrate presented system improving because it able with low losses ripples.
